- Founded by Mrs. Esakkiammal Petchimuthu at Plot No.7, Kamaraj Street, V.M.Chatram, Tirunelveli — every product is still made by hand in the same kitchen where the business began.
- The business was built on one conviction: the recipes Tamil grandmothers kept alive — stone-ground spices, slow-cooked thokkus, hand-rolled laddus — were already perfect. No preservatives. No artificial flavours. No shortcuts.
- Every ingredient is sourced from trusted Tamil Nadu farms at peak harvest. The same farms, the same seasons, batch after batch — because consistency in sourcing is what makes consistency in taste possible.
